Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is within Germany. and to the following countries : Netherlands, Austria, Hungary .

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.95 per order.

We offer free shipping on orders over €70.00.

Deliveries abroad :

We calculate shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Netherlands: €17.49
Austria: €17.49
Hungary: €17.49
We offer free shipping to international orders over € 100.00 .

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 3-5 working days, and for deliveries abroad, 5-8 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
